The EU’s provisional Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence DirectiveCSDDD: Another ESG Growth Opportunity for IT Vendors in 2024 (CSDDD) adopted last week marks a significant shift. The directive targets EU companies with substantial global revenues and non-EU companies with significant EU-generated revenue. It demands integration of due diligence into risk management and adoption of climate transition plans.
